In the initial contact with Essilor, Corpital was asked to create an independent Salesforce solution in the Nordic region. As Essilor ran a parallel project managed from France, it was decided that Essilor Norden should become part of the global solution.
Corpital has subsequently acted as a local advisor and sparring partner for the Nordic manager and the tasks have been versatile. The most important areas of focus have been to uncover opportunities and limitations in relation to the global solution, guide in best practice and advise in relation to the choice of tools for integration between Google Mail and Salesforce.

Special focus on usability and user adoption
In the Nordic region, Essilor has dedicated a considerable amount of time in getting their Nordic organization motivated to use Salesforce. Therefore, a number of hours have been set aside for training the team in Reports and Dashboards as well as facilitating user training in the global solution for users in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
