One Open Sky, in close collaboration with Corpital, has transformed their IT foundation. The stores' Customers 1st POS, the Shopify webshop, and the PIM system are now fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The integration is built around standard connectors and Corpital's own OneLink 365 for Customers 1st, which ensures that data flows automatically between the registers, warehouse, and accounting.

Shopify: Streamlined integration from webshop to register and warehouse
The integration between Shopify, PIM, Business Central, and Customers 1st is established with standard connectors, so all master data only needs to be maintained in one place. All webshop orders are automatically transferred to Business Central, so the warehouse can process them immediately. Likewise, all orders are transferred to Customers 1st, so they can be easily retrieved directly at the registers in the stores in connection with any exchange or return.
OneLink 365 for Customers 1st: Automation that saves time behind the scenes
Thanks to Corpital's OneLink 365 for Customers 1st, the integration with the physical stores runs completely automatically. Items and variants are created centrally in Business Central and immediately land in Customers 1st.
The biggest administrative time-waster is eliminated at the end of the day: All daily statements and receipts are automatically transferred and posted in Business Central. This removes manual entries in the accounting department and gives the team more time for customers.
